-Working environment among the staffs is disturbed,extra workforce on them which affects their work.

- Able to manage the worst case scenario.

- Time spent in rebuilding.
- Seriousness about the disasters among the staffs decline due to frequent calls.
- Not all firms can afford for this due to budget constraints.
- Workforce on employees.
