1.The computer ethics quiz which was in the mentioned site,basically was trying to talk about the rights and wrongs in the internet.
What i have understood from the article is all about the moral ethics.Article itself shows that the author of the article,Taylor was tired of reactions of the society,so he decided to convey his message in every possible ways,whether poeple like it or not.
Any unlike activity in the internet which is harmful is restrictly unethical issue,distributing spams and spamming activity both are hate and dislike actions,people who are helping in these progress are guilty as such,and they have to answer for their actions.
About the second topic which is the article related to the KILLER ROBOT ,it is difficult to blame the people who are designed and formulated the robot ,as its a exprimental job, and every expriment might go wrong in between,so this can not be true if we blame other people of the project,nevertheless they also didnt want that happen.

a) Monitoring the mails by managers are not ethical,since every and each person has his/her own privacy but it should not be harmful for the corporation that they are working for.
b) Use of e-mails by the employees for the personal purpose is not ethical and correct also, its like the mutual relation between employee and the company,both should understand their limits and the benefits of each other, thats what is trying to be done in these days i suppose.
c) In my opinion,the submission of the list of the people who misused the facility of the company for the related job ,is an ethical issue and would not have a problem.company is paying to the employees for their job, so until and unless they are not doing the sufficient job for the company to make them satisfy from the job, its the right of the company to verify the problem,i think it is an ethical issue if management come to know which employees are not doing sufficient job and doing more personal things in the company.
The details of the personal things are not required to know for them,because it goes to employees privacy.
d) Punishing in the sense of,feeling more responsible from the employees side, i do agree with that,because freedom is another issue which can be discussed.
its not interfering the freedom if company tell to their employees that they have to be more responsible.
e) To rectify the situation ,its not ethical if the company check each and every activities of the empolyees but the amount of job doing by them should be under verification and also company should spread the culture of not using the companies facility for the personal purpose, thats gonna work in long period of time i suppose.

a) Sometimes people do the unethical things while they think its ethical which leads to the crime,but most of the time people are aware of what they are doing.
In this example when Mr.Jones got terminated by the company,he started to use the information he had ,during the period of working there, in the unethical way.
when people work together in the company they may get their access code by differnet chances,so it may be misused after things get changed in the copmany, its all about the trust.
b) Its all about the security , the company should be more secure and essential for the employees access code, the access code should not be easily accessible.
4.Cyberterrorism is an unethical action in the internet which is hate crime and it is not accepted by any community, it can be compare with the cyberwar and both could be done through the internet.
Cyberwar is destroying the organizations of the enemy country through net ,its just like a war,and can be done by two countries against each other,it is an unethical crime which can be done by government.
But Cyberterrorism can be done by group of people against a specific organization,from the name itself it shows,both are unethical actions and are not accepted.
Surely laws should be passed to prevent and combat the cyberterrorism.
If the laws will be set to an international body between countries, by all countries and by governments,then they can be enforced and every and each country will be responsible for their crowd and people against the computer crime activity.
5.If the companies become certain about the consequences which will be followed by the specific organization and legal pursuance against the computer crimes, surly the number of the reports about the computer crimes will be increased.
But about the CATCH ME IF YOU CAN movie,my opinion is, if the companies get the people who have done the computer crimes,and use their talents in a ethical way ,there will be a chance for them itself to do and use their passion and job in the correct way,and also a better opportunity for the companies to be more secure against the crime, in the other way, they can use their talents against themselves.
